You will source and evaluate candidates through diverse channels, ensure a top-tier candidate experience, and drive offers in a fast-paced, remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including tech roles.
• Experience recruiting in a high-growth tech startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering, data, ML, and product roles across EMEA.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategy.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates across channels.
• Provide exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to offer.
• Drive offer management and smooth hiring processes.
