Job summary

Osmii is seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our London team, supporting tech hiring across the EMEA region. You will own interview scheduling, candidate logistics, and contract generation for technical roles across multiple time zones.

As the primary point of contact for candidates and internal teams, you’ll ensure a high-touch candidate experience from outreach to offer. You’ll collaborate with Legal, HR, and Hiring Managers to streamline processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Background in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or high-volume scheduling, ideally within technical recruiting.
• Familiarity with modern applicant tracking systems (eg. Greenhouse) and automated scheduling tools (eg. GoodTime) is a strong plus.
• Meticulous handling of sensitive paperwork, contracts, and background check workflows.
• Confident communicator with hiring managers, candidates, and interview panels at all levels.
• Adaptable self-starter who can prioritize during peak hiring pushes.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate technical interviews across EMEA time zones in collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Manage interview panels using scheduling tools to balance load and resolve bottlenecks.
• Generate employment contracts and offer documentation in coordination with Legal and HR for each country.
• Greet candidates for in-person interviews and act as a responsive point of contact throughout the hiring journey.
• Initiate background checks and ensure data management within the ATS.
• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and help prioritize urgent requisitions and panel capacity.
• Support TA initiatives, including process improvements, reporting, and tooling rollouts.
