Job summary

ABL Recruitment is seeking an experienced recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple EMEA markets. You will build and execute sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, and manage high-volume vacancies while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

You will use market insights to improve hiring outcomes, build stakeholder relationships, and contribute to employer branding in a fast-moving environment with contract-rate opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong background in high-volume recruitment environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• A strong focus on candidate experience and employer brand.
• Experience recruiting across multiple EMEA markets is highly desirable.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.
