Job summary

Future Electronics, headquartered in Egham, Surrey, is seeking an Internal Recruiter to join the EMEA team at the UK HQ. You will identify, source and interview candidates across the EMEA marketplace, partnering with hiring managers to fill vacancies and develop talent pipelines through social media, campaigns and university outreach.

You will work autonomously and with the Recruitment team to manage interviews, marketing the role, and building strong stakeholder relationships across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience in either Agency or Internal
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask whilst retaining attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, source and interview candidates across all roles within the EMEA marketplace
• Partner with hiring managers to fill requisitions in a timely manner
• Develop talent pipelines via sourcing channels, campaigns and social media
• Conduct diverse interview types (structured, competency-based, phone, face-to-face)
• Support HR and campus recruitment initiatives across universities
