Opus Talent Solutions in London is seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to lead a high-performing team of three recruiters and grow the team in 2026.

You'll act as a strategic partner to clients, delivering tailored talent solutions across the UK and EU tech markets, and will develop recruitment strategies to meet client needs while driving team success. You will stay ahead of industry trends and manage the offer process, including salary negotiations.

• Proven experience in contract recruitment.
• Leadership or mentoring experience within recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of 3 consultants, ensuring delivery of exceptional results.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing tailored talent solutions across the EMEA Tech market.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies that meet client needs and drive team success.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, sharing best practices to enhance team performance.
• Oversee salary negotiations and manage the offer process for successful placements.
• Drive new business development, building relationships with clients across the UK and EU.
• Maintain your own billing responsibilities and set performance standards.
