• 5+ years in recruiting coordination or related roles.
• Experience coordinating high-volume interview schedules across countries, time zones, and seniority levels.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international candidate travel, including itineraries and arrangements.
• Strong organizational skills with data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume interview scheduling across multiple countries and time zones.
• Coordinate complex calendars involving candidates, interview panels, hiring managers, executives, and stakeholders.
• Arrange virtual and in-person interviews, including multi-stage processes.
• Prepare and distribute interview confirmations, invitations, and schedules.
• Manage travel arrangements and ensure compliance with travel policies.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS and TA tools with accuracy.
• Support recruiting metrics, reporting, and operational tracking.
• Develop resources, templates, and SOPs for recruiting coordination.
