Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition Coordination in financial services.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience using Workday is advantageous.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Experience in financial or professional services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across multiple countries and time zones.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience from application through onboarding.
• Support recruiters and hiring managers with recruitment administration.
• Assist with offers and contracts of employment preparation.
• Maintain accurate ATS and recruitment records.
• Assist with employer branding activities and recruitment events.
• Assist with interviewing Summer Interns.
• Partner with business stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Process invoices.
