Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Autonomous ownership of searches in outbound-driven markets.
• Experience with international recruiting and distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder influence and collaboration skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting processes across tech and non-technical roles.
• Design and execute search strategies for diverse roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs and hiring strategies.
• Source, engage, and attract top talent in competitive markets.
• Leverage data to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• Document processes and enhance talent intelligence and tools.
• Guide candidates through the process to successful closures.
• Contribute ideas to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
