Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Senior lead to own and drive Operations Excellence for the EMEA Systems business.

You will define standards, drive improvements, and partner with regional leaders to enable growth and profitability across installation delivery. The role requires a track record in Lean/Six Sigma, strong project management, and the ability to manage stakeholders in a matrix organization while delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, cost and delivery across

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in leadership and operations management.
• Six Sigma / Lean certification.
• Engineering degree required.
• Strong project management skills.
• Change management experience in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence across a matrix organization.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Systems Operations Excellence for the region and drive standard tools and processes.
• Develop roadmaps and implement performance improvement initiatives.
• Track KPIs, identify risks and ensure mitigation actions.
• Lead lessons learned reviews and disseminate best practices.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Drive backlog conversion to revenue through standard work in projects.
• Support and manage risk and compliance in contracts.
