Job summary

Fireblocks is seeking a Solution Architect for the EMEA region. You will own technical delivery of implementations for banks and financial institutions, from deal close through production, leading architecture design, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure.

In addition, you will contribute to pre-sales cycles, helping Sales win deals while delivering scalable reference architectures and playbooks across EMEA, and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field with 5+ years in relevant roles.
• Experience delivering post-sale implementations in enterprise/financial services.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptography, Web3, or with Banks/financial institutions.
• Hands-on software development mindset.
• Strong IT security and cloud experience.
• Deep enterprise architecture knowledge and best practices.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring.
• Pre-sales exposure is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional EM languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own transition from deal close to production with end-to-end accountability.
• Define customer setup with Fireblocks, including API integrations and security architecture.
• Lead complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule to production.
• Codify reference architectures and playbooks to scale delivery across EMEA.
• Bridge Sales, Product, R&D and customers to solve integration challenges.
• Support strategic pre-sales with technical discovery and solution design.
• Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction during delivery.
