Job summary

Fireblocks in the United Kingdom is seeking a Solution Architect for the EMEA region to own technical delivery from deal close to production. You will lead architecture design, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure, while guiding strategic pre-sales cycles and ensuring robust security standards.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in enterprise/financial services, hands-on software development, deep security and cloud knowledge, and strong leadership with excellent English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise or financial services environments.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptography, Web3, or related fintech systems.
• Software development experience and hands-on technical mindset.
• Strong IT security knowledge and cloud experience.
• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture and best practices.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring.
• Pre-sales exposure is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the transition from deal close to production with end-to-end accountability.
• Define enterprise customer setups with Fireblocks, including API integrations and security architecture.
• Steer complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule to production.
• Codify reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks to scale delivery across EMEA.
• Bridge Sales, Product, R&D and customers to solve complex integration challenges.
• Support strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design.
• Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction throughout delivery.
