Job summary

Fireblocks is seeking a Business Solutions Director for EMEA to guide major payment institutions through transformative digital infrastructure projects. You will work with the Enterprise Accounts team to craft strategic roadmaps, oversee multi-team programs, and drive adoption of new blockchain-based platforms.

You’ll bring extensive consulting and financial services experience, strong presentation skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Significant experience in top-tier management consulting or financial services, particularly in payments or financial services strategy.
Proven ability to distill complex digital asset opportunities into digestible insights for non-crypto audiences.
Strong track record managing large cross-functional consulting projects and shaping strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and business leaders in the Payments sector.
Collaboratively develop business cases for early-stage digital initiatives and secure executive buy-in.
Manage large, cross-organizational business solutions and consulting assignments.
Partner with Enterprise Accounts to close large strategic engagements.
