Fireblocks is replatforming financial services onto a new blockchain-based tech stack. We seek a cornerstone Business Solutions Director for EMEA to guide leading payments institutions through transformative digital infrastructure solutions and cross-functional initiatives.

In this high-impact role, you will partner with the Enterprise Accounts team, contribute to product strategy, and lead thought leadership efforts to strengthen Fireblocks' position in digital assets.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in top-tier management consulting or financial services, especially payments.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with blockchain and digital assets.
• Excellent ability to distill complex opportunities into clear insights for executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consulting and advisory to C-level executives.
• Define product strategy in collaboration with Product and GTM teams.
• Engage in market research and develop thought leadership content.
