Job summary

Fireblocks in the United Kingdom is seeking a Solution Architect, EMEA to own the technical delivery for the region’s banks and financial institutions. You will drive architecture design, integration and deployment on customer infrastructure, guiding the project from deal through production.

You’ll also contribute to pre-sales cycles, foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product and R&D, and ensure security, scalability and operational excellence across deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience delivering post-sale implementations in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptography, Web3, or with Banks/Financial Institutions.
• Software development experience and hands-on technical mindset.
• Deep understanding of IT security and proven cloud experience.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and best practices.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring.
• Pre-sales exposure is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional EM EA languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the transition from deal close to production with end-to-end accountability for delivered solutions.
• Define enterprise customer setup with Fireblocks, including API integrations and security architecture.
• Lead complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule to production.
• Codify reference architectures and integration patterns to scale delivery across EMEA.
• Bridge between Sales, Product, R&D and customers to solve integration challenges.
• Support strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design.
• Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction throughout delivery.
