EMEA Solutions Architect — Digital Assets & Security

Job summary

Fireblocks is seeking a Solution Architect for the EMEA region who will own the technical delivery of complex digital asset implementations from deal close through to production. You will design architectures, manage integrations, and ensure secure, scalable deployments on customer infrastructure.

You will also contribute to pre-sales cycles, mentor engineers, and align Sales, Product, and R&D to solve challenging integration problems while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years delivering post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptography, or Web3 technologies, or with Banks/FSIs; either is a strong asset.
• Hands-on software development mindset with security-focused thinking.
• Strong cloud and enterprise-architecture knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery from deal close to production for EMEA.
• Define customer setup with Fireblocks, including API integrations.
• Lead complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule.
• Create reference architectures, patterns, and playbooks to scale delivery.
• Bridge Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to solve integration challenges.
• Support pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and design.
• Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.
