3+ years in top-tier consulting or financial services and hands-on blockchain experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have significant experience in top-tier management consulting or financial services, especially payments.
• Ability to distill complex digital asset opportunities into digestible insights for non-crypto audiences.
• Strong track record leading cross-functional advisory projects and large strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives in the payments sector.
• Develop business cases for early-stage digital initiatives and secure executive buy-in.
• Lead cross-organizational consulting assignments and close large strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with product strategy, GTM, sales, marketing, and R&D to deliver holistic solutions.
