EMEA Services Director — Growth & Outcomes Contracts

Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a senior leader to run the semiconductor service business across EMEA, owning P&L and driving growth across nine countries. You will lead ~180 people, with field teams in eight countries, and move the organization toward outcomes-based contracts driven by data.

You will spend 30–40% on-site travel to build trust with customers and teams, report to the regional leadership, and shape strategy for long-term value and success.

Qualifications

• Background in aftersales or service management, ideally in capital equipment or semiconductors.
• Operational and commercial experience, including leading large teams and negotiating service contracts.
• 5+ years in senior management across multiple countries.
• Detail-oriented mindset; difficult problems hide opportunities.
• Sound judgement on risk and strong people leadership at scale.
• Ambition to grow a business, not just maintain it.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 would be advantageous.
• Excellent English; another European language is a plus.
• Comfortable with 30–40% travel across EMEA, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L and working capital accountability for semiconductor service across EMEA.
• Grow revenue and add value beyond current service offer.
• Negotiate service contracts and build senior customer relationships.
• Develop new outcomes-based contract models with sales, product and applications teams.
• Ensure field and on-site teams have capability and capacity to deliver safely and cost-effectively.
• Spend 30–40% of time travelling between sites across the region to stay close to customers and teams.
• Spot risks early and maintain full commercial and operational visibility.
• Lead and develop an experienced team of service and operations managers.
• Build a diverse, inclusive and engaged team with clear career paths.
• Act as a role model for health, safety and quality in high-risk environments.
