CoreWeave is seeking an exceptional Regional Director, Revenue Operations — EMEA to lead the region’s revenue engine and partner with global RevOps to shape the operating model. You will drive forecasts, pipeline health, and regional performance while aligning with global standards and local market realities.

With 15+ years in field operations, you will orchestrate cross‑functional initiatives, influence pricing strategies, and deliver accelerated growth across EMEA.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in field/revenue/sales operations, with regional leadership experience.
• Experience operating across EMEA markets with multiple currencies and time zones.
• Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and operating rhythm discipline.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic operational partner to regional leadership and inform decisions with data-driven insights.
• Apply forecasting methodologies to provide real-time visibility into pipeline and revenue health across segments.
• Build regional operating cadence anchored to global frameworks, with scheduled reviews and follow‑through.
• Partner with global RevOps Centers of Excellence to co-design the operating model and ensure regional adoption.
• Contribute to global deal framework influence including pricing and contract standards.
• Lead regional rollout of global initiatives ensuring consistency with local nuance.
• Design region-specific programs addressing EMEA market dynamics.
