RECRUITERS is seeking a Sales Strategy, Planning & Operations Lead – EMEA for a 12-month contract, with a salary from £82,992. The role is highly strategic, analytical and commercially minded, turning data and regional insights into strategic recommendations that shape our Go-To-Market strategy.

You will partner with Sales leadership, bridging regional realities with global decision-making, identifying opportunities and risks, and driving efficiency through AI and smarter workflows.

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in strategy & operations, consulting, corporate strategy, or similar

Mansioni

• Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to support critical business decisions
• Analyse regional trends, market dynamics and commercial opportunities
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional leadership teams to influence strategy and resource allocation
• Represent the EMEA perspective in global forums and strategic discussions
• Translate complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI, automation and smarter workflows
• Drive alignment between regional and global teams, balancing priorities and communicating trade-offs
