CI&T is seeking a Senior Client Director to lead a portfolio of strategic financial services accounts in the EMEA region, driving profitable growth and expanding engagements. This role acts as the CEO of the accounts, aligning technology strategy, delivery, data, AI, and partnerships to deliver measurable business value.

The position requires onsite work at CI&T's London office or client sites a minimum of 3 days per week, and involves leading executive relationships and complex program delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience within a technology consultancy or similar with proven growth of accounts
• Expert in financial services industry and client management
• Confident in stakeholder management to C-level
• Ability to identify opportunities, qualify them and plan accounts strategically
• Connects business insights to strategic growth
• Excellent presentation and client handling skills
• Experience collaborating with nearshore/offshore delivery teams
• Ability to lead complex global technology and business change for enterprise platforms
