Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a strategic, data-driven leader to join the EMEA Sales Strategy Planning & Operations team. The role will translate complex data and regional market insights into actionable recommendations, helping Sales leadership drive business performance, shape Go-To-Market strategy, and make informed decisions on opportunities and resource allocation.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations or related fields.
Strong SQL and data analytics skills with experience working with large and complex datasets.
Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and systems-thinking capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leaders.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations influencing business decisions.
Analyze EMEA market trends to inform Go-To-Market strategy.
Partner with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and risks.
Represent the EMEA perspective in global forums and provide data-driven feedback.
Develop narratives and presentations for senior leadership highlighting insights, opportunities, and risks.
Drive alignment across regional and global teams reflecting local market realities.
Leverage AI and automation to improve analytical workflows and scalability.
