Job summary

Proofpoint is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to join the EMEA Sales Enablement team, reporting to the Director, Sales Enablement EMEA. You will design and implement enablement programs to equip the sales organization with tools and behaviors to hit its goals.

You’ll partner with regional sales leaders, coach on enterprise opportunities, and drive MEDDICC-based value selling, workshops, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration; cybersecurity experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise B2B sales, sales enablement, or related roles.
• Experience coaching sellers on live enterprise opportunities.
• Knowledge of MEDDICC/MEDDPICC.
• Strong understanding of multi-stakeholder enterprise sales.
• Cybersecurity or enterprise technology experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with EMEA sales leaders to support regional performance.
• Provide coaching on strategic enterprise opportunities.
• Help teams develop customer value propositions and business cases.
• Support connection of Proofpoint solutions to customer priorities.
• Deliver sales workshops and enablement activities.
• Onboard new hires and support ongoing development.
