Job summary

Ripple is seeking an experienced RFP Specialist to own end-to-end proposal operations for the EMEA region. You will coordinate RFPs/RFIs, develop content, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Compliance to drive win rates.

You will manage multiple concurrent proposals, maintain a robust response library, and ensure consistent brand voice across all documents. This 12-month contract role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork and timely delivery in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in proposal management, RFP response, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Outstanding written and oral communication with demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, and compelling value messages.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to quickly learn complex technical products and translate functionality into business value.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Technical teams.
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, create, and deliver RFPs, RFIs, and Questionnaires to increase win rates.
• Complete ITQs for existing clients for audit and compliance purposes.
• Execute RFP/ITQ workflow for every project, including delegating questions, project tracking, Loopio management, formatting, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines.
