Job summary

Ripple Treasury is seeking an experienced RFP Specialist to own end-to-end regional proposal operations for EMEA from our London-based team. You will manage RFPs, RFIs, ITQs, and related documentation, coordinating with Sales, Compliance, Product, and Security teams to ensure timely, accurate responses that reflect Ripple Treasury’s value proposition.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in proposal management, RFP response, or similar in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to craft compelling value messages
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
• Experience translating complex tech into business value
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Technical teams
• Proficiency with Loopio or similar RFP software and CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, create, and deliver RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires to increase win rates
• Complete ITQs for existing clients for audit and compliance purposes
• Execute RFP/ITQ workflows including delegation, tracking, and stakeholder communication
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Compliance teams to address prospect needs
