Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to drive winning responses for life sciences solutions across Europe and global customers. You will project manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, coordinating with Sales, Solution Consulting, PS, and Product teams to craft compelling narratives and accurate responses to RFP/RFI questionnaires, ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication in English.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex RFP/RFI proposal responses in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• International business experience and ownership mindset, able to support global operations across time zones.
• Advanced MS Office; Word styles, formatting, editing, and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Project manage all RFP/RFI activities from receipt to submission with timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams (Sales, Solution Consulting, PS, Product, IT Security).
• Lead internal alignment calls to understand needs, confirm scope, and guide timelines.
• Draft responses, manage workflows, and perform thorough quality checks for accuracy and clarity.
• Handle multiple proposals and team projects while meeting deadlines.
