Ripple is transforming how value flows in global finance. As a Renewal Manager in the Treasury team, you’ll own the full lifecycle of customer contracts—from drafting and negotiation through renewal—working with Implementation, Account Management, and Customer Success to align obligations with business goals and client expectations.

Your role will mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and support revenue growth through effective contract governance in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contract management, legal operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, amendments, and renewals.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Account Managers, and Customer Success to align terms with capabilities and client needs.
• Serve as the primary contact for contract inquiries and escalations.
• Maintain templates, processes, and records in the contract management system.
• Monitor performance, mitigate risks, and advise on obligations and best practices.
• Participate in quarterly business reviews and strategic planning.
