Job summary

Ripple Treasury is hiring a Renewal Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of customer contracts—from drafting and negotiation to execution, compliance, and renewal. You will work with Implementation, Account Management, and Customer Success to align contractual obligations with business goals and client expectations.

The role focuses on mitigating risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving revenue growth through contract governance within a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contract management, legal operations, or related field.
• Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software preferred.
• Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, amendments, and renewals.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Account Managers, and Customer Success to align terms with capabilities.
• Serve as primary point of contact for contract inquiries and escalations.
• Maintain and improve contract templates, processes, and policies for compliance.
• Monitor performance and compliance, identify and mitigate risks.
• Provide guidance on obligations and best practices to stakeholders.
• Maintain records in the contract management system.
• Participate in quarterly business reviews and strategic planning.
