PGIM London seeks a Senior Analyst to coordinate responses to DDQs and RFIs for institutional clients across EMEA. The role works with the RFP Team, Client Management, Sales, Portfolio Management, Compliance, Legal and Product to ensure accurate, timely submissions and regional alignment.

The position is based in London with hybrid working. You will support knowledge management, maintain RFP databases, and stay abreast of SFDR and MiFID II requirements to meet local market needs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Communications, or related field) preferred.
• Experience in RFP/DDQ writing for asset management.
• Understanding of institutional and wholesale client segments in Europe/EMEA.
• Familiarity with RFP/DDQ database tools.

Responsabilidades

• Assist senior team members in managing a broad range of DDQ projects for institutional and wholesale clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
• Draft, edit, and coordinate responses to DDQs and RFIs ensuring they reflect PGIM’s investment capabilities and EMEA-specific considerations.
• Collaborate with EMEA-based Client Management, Sales, Marketing, Portfolio Management, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure content is complete and compliant.
• Understand regional regulatory requirements (SFDR, MiFID II) and ensure responses align with EMEA client expectations.
• Track DDQ activity, deadlines and priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support knowledge management by maintaining and updating key RFP databases with regional nuances.
