Job summary

Northern Trust Asset Management in London is seeking an experienced RFP professional to join the International RFP team in Canary Wharf. You will complete RFPs, DDQs and related questionnaires for investment consultants, prospects and clients in EMEA and APAC, coordinating with multiple departments to deliver timely responses.

The role requires over two years of Asset Management RFP experience, strong initiative, time management and precise communication, with opportunities to deepen product

Qualifications

• Experience with Asset Management RFP processes and due diligence questionnaires.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Follow established RFP processes to complete high-calibre standard and non-standard RFPs, RFIs, Consultant Questionnaires and potentially DDQs.
• Add value to the RFP process using understanding of regional client requirements and complete tasks within the stated timeframe.
• Create robust audit trails for content reviewed by Subject Matter Experts and ensure content quality.
• Work on multiple deadlines concurrently.
• Maintain and analyse metrics.
• Maintain Qvidian database for EMEA and APAC and ensure content stays fresh.
