Job summary

Nomura is seeking an experienced EMEA Head of RFP to lead the global RFP/DDQ process across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, coordinating a diverse team of writers and SMEs. You will work closely with regional sales leadership to ensure regulatory-compliant and high-quality responses.

The role requires strong governance, process improvement, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment with cross-cultural teams across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Solid RFP Management experience across multiple asset classes.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality RFPs and DDQs on time.
• Leadership experience building and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate RFP/DDQ production across EMEA with regional sales input.
• Ensure content complies with local regulatory requirements and data protection laws.
• Build relationships with SME across European markets and with US Head of RFP for content alignment.
• Track RFP metrics such as volume, win rates, and team performance.
