Nomura Asset Management seeks an experienced EMEA Head of RFP (Vice President) to lead RFP operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The role coordinates DDQs, RFIs and client responses, driving quality, timeliness and regulatory compliance.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, partner with sales leadership and align content with US best practices, ensuring consistent, scalable proposal processes across the region.

Responsabilidades

• Lead RFP operations across the EMEA region and coordinate DDQs.
• Collaborate with content teams and regional sales on proposals.
• Ensure content complies with regulatory and data protection requirements.
• Build relationships with subject-matter experts across European countries.
• Partner with US Head of RFP on content and best practices.
• Liaise with regional sales to understand client needs and timelines.
• Provide training and professional development to the RFP team.
• Track and report on RFP metrics including volume and win rates.
