Job summary

Responsibilities

• Contribute to RFP/DDQ production with the team.
• Ensure content compliance with local regulations and data protection laws.
• Build relationships with subject matter experts across European countries.
• Partner with US Head of RFP to align on content and best practices.
• Liaise with regional sales to understand client needs and timelines.
• Serve as primary contact for RFP inquiries and issue resolution.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices.
• Provide training and development for RFP team members.
• Track and report RFP metrics including volume and win rates.
