Job summary

PGIM, London-based, is seeking a Senior Analyst for the RFP, RFI, and DDQ team across EMEA. The role collaborates with Client Management, Sales, Portfolio Management, Compliance, Legal, and Product to deliver high-quality responses.

You will coordinate DDQ projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, ensuring content reflects capabilities and local market nuances, while tracking deadlines and maintaining knowledge databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Communications, or related field preferred).
• Relevant experience in RFP/DDQ writing, ideally within an asset management firm.
• Understanding of institutional and wholesale client segments in Europe and EMEA.
• Familiarity with RFP/DDQ database tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate responses to DDQs and RFIs from institutional clients and investment consultants across EMEA.
• Draft, edit, and coordinate responses to DDQs and RFIs reflecting PGIM’s capabilities and EMEA-specific considerations.
• Collaborate with EMEA Client Management, Sales, Marketing, Portfolio Management, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure content is complete and compliant.
• Understand SFDR and MiFID II and align responses with client expectations.
• Track DDQ activity, deadlines, and priorities with high accuracy.
• Maintain and update key RFP databases reflecting regional nuances.
