Job summary

BNY is seeking a dedicated RFP/DDQ Writer to join the Asset Servicing Deal Management team in London or Manchester. You will lead end-to-end submissions, develop compelling content strategies, and collaborate with product, risk, legal, and sales to win opportunities.

The role requires strong writing, project management, and experience with Loopio and content management platforms. You will maintain content libraries and ensure governance and information security compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing RFPs, RFIs and DDQs for financial services in asset servicing or asset management.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Loopio, Microsoft 365 and content management platforms.
• Knowledge of operational risk, SOC 1/ SOC 2, ISO frameworks, KYC/AML, data privacy, regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of asset management and alternative investment products and services.
• Excellent communication to influence stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of RFPs, RFIs and DDQs for Asset Servicing opportunities.
• Develop response strategies, executive themes and win messaging aligned to client priorities.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Sales and SMEs to gather content.
• Write, edit and refine persuasive responses that articulate BNY's value proposition.
• Manage timelines, reviews and approvals for on-time high-quality submissions.
• Maintain and enhance content libraries with reusable content and case studies.
• Leverage Loopio and Microsoft 365 to improve response quality, consistency and efficiency.
• Ensure all responses comply with governance, risk, regulatory and information security requirements.
