Job summary

Ares Management is seeking a Senior Associate, RFP Writer to join the Global Client Solutions RFP Team in London. The role centers on delivering accurate, timely responses to RFPs, RFIs and DDQs, partnering with relationship managers, product teams and subject matter experts across Europe.

The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years in financial services, strong writing and project-management skills, and a track record of producing high-quality investor content using AI-enabled tools and content

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in financial services or asset management, focused on RFPs/investor relations or related fundraising support.

Responsibilities

Lead and project manage complex RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and ad-hoc investor requests from intake through final delivery.
Produce, review and refine high-quality proposal content that is clear, accurate and compliant.
Collaborate with relationship management, product strategy, investment teams and SMEs to gather inputs and validate messaging.
Tailor responses with strong writing judgment while maintaining consistency with firm messaging.
Support process and technology initiatives to improve efficiency and content governance.
