Job summary

Capital Group seeks an experienced Senior RFP Writer to join the Global Client Services team. You will drive new business growth and retention by delivering high‑quality RFPs, DDQs, and RFIs for Europe and Asia clients and prospects.

You will coordinate kick‑off calls, partner with Sales and internal groups to articulate investment philosophy, and mentor teammates in a fast‑paced environment with a strong client focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in RFP/DDQ response preparation within asset management or financial services.
• Experience with active ETFs, Solutions and/or private markets is desirable but not essential.
• Proficiency in an additional language would be advantageous but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of CG products and leads high‑quality RFPs, DDQs, and RFIs.
• Leads end‑to‑end coordination, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Partners with Sales, Product, ESG, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to craft content.
• Develops responses for new products and capabilities with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Mentors teammates and supports peer reviews and guidance.
