Job summary

Abbott Laboratories seeks a visionary leader to head the EMEA Centre of Excellence for Retail Sales, steering a $500M+ portfolio across offline and eCommerce. You will shape the regional commercial strategy for Europe, Africa, and emerging markets, aiming to double revenue and elevate sales excellence while leading a cross-functional team.

You will collaborate on global commercial excellence initiatives, drive market expansion into France and Benelux, and partner with ANI’s international markets

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in retail, eCommerce, or commercial leadership roles.
• Proven track record in developing and executing commercial strategies with measurable impact.
• Deep understanding of digital commerce, retail operations, and how to scale them across diverse markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of regional commercial strategies, incl. 4Ps, performance management, training, and launches.
• Drive revenue growth, pricing optimisation, gross-to-net analysis, and ROI-based investments.
• Oversee distributor and merchandiser performance with robust analytics and KPI frameworks.
