Job summary

Abbott Laboratories seeks an experienced EMEA Revenue Growth Manager to improve net sales realization, pricing effectiveness and trade investment performance across the Out-of-Pocket business in EMEA. You will partner with Affiliate teams to identify revenue opportunities and drive adoption of Revenue Growth Management best practices.

This role involves leading pricing, promotion and trade investment initiatives, analyzing profitability, and supporting commercial planning across multiple markets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Revenue Growth Management, Finance, Commercial Excellence, Sales Strategy or related commercial roles.
• Strong understanding of pricing, promotion, profitability and trade investment principles.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders and functions in a matrix environment.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate insights into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing, promotion and trade investment recommendations for affiliates.
• Identify revenue and margin improvement opportunities across products, customers, channels, markets.
• Lead regional pricing and promotion principles to improve profitability.
• Improve rebate structures and trade investment programmes.
• Lead analysis of sales, profitability, pricing and performance to identify opportunities and risks.
• Support commercial planning, forecasting and investment decisions.
