Job summary

Abbott Nutrition is seeking an experienced EMEA Content Manager to lead high-impact content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across Consumer and Reimbursed journeys in the EMEA region. You will shape digital and retail content that is locally relevant, insight-driven, and aligned with brand and commercial priorities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in content marketing and strategy.
• Experience across digital, CRM, eCommerce, retail media, and social channels.
• Strong SEO and digital measurement knowledge.
• Experience in matrixed, multi-market environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and project leadership.
• Experience with CMS, analytics, and AI-enabled content tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead content strategy and planning across Consumer (Out-of-Pocket) and Reimbursed priorities in EMEA.
• Develop audience-centric content journeys and localization across markets.
• Partner with Brand, Media, CRM, Retail & eCommerce to deliver integrated content plans.
• Ensure content is developed, approved, deployed, and optimized across key touchpoints.
• Drive content quality, governance, performance, and scalability through best-practice frameworks and agency partnerships.
• Leverage SEO, analytics, AI, and audience insights to continuously improve content effectiveness.
