Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is desirable.
• Demonstrable experience managing health and safety in complex organisations.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent recognized qualification is desirable.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Lead auditor qualification in ISO certifications.
• Knowledge in incident investigation and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive HSE initiatives across EMEA operations.
• Report directly to the Head of HSE.
• Develop and implement HSE strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of HSE professionals.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations.

Skills

Knowledge of HSE regulations and standards

Education
