Job summary

Vertiv Ireland is seeking an Offering Manager for Power Software & Controls in Campsie. You will lead product positioning, launch new offerings, and drive growth across the EMEA region.

Collaboration with sales, engineering, and business units is essential to meet revenue and profitability targets. You will shape pricing, manage the roadmap, and ensure market-ready documentation while advancing a strong voice of the customer in all plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical field.
• 5+ years of technical product leadership with increasing responsibilities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across internal and external teams.
• Experience in a medium to large industrial organization.
• Analytical skills to assess market and competitive impact on portfolio.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and product program analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
• Develop a 3-year growth plan and offering roadmap with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Attend trade shows, meet customers and partners to capture voice of customer.
• Perform offering cost and gross margin analysis to define pricing strategies.
• Ensure accurate customer-facing offering docs and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with engineering on product validation and expansion to new markets.
• Support pre-sales with technical product expertise to key customers.
• Drive configurator development to speed quotation and market entry.
• Manage product life cycles from launch to end of life.
