Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking an Offering Manager for Power Software & Controls in Campsie to drive market-driven offerings across the EMEA region. You will lead product strategy, collaborate with sales and engineering, and shape the lifecycle of solutions from concept through end-of-life.

The role requires strong market insight, financial analysis, and stakeholder management to ensure timely, value-driven product launches and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
• At least 5 years of technical product leadership experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in a medium to large industrial organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the market to identify and respond to opportunities based on research, trends, customer feedback.
• Develops a 3-year strategic growth plan and offering roadmap with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Attends tradeshows, visits customers, meets partners and sales teams to capture voice of customer.
• Performs offering cost and gross margin analysis to establish pricing strategies.
• Ensures customer-facing offering documentation and marketing collateral are accurate.
• Assesses current solutions to optimize design and margins for profitability.
• Collaborates with engineering on validation for new applications and markets; supports manufacturing expansion.
• Supports pre-sales with technical product support for key customers.
• Drives configurator development to ease quotation and accelerate market introduction.
• Manages product lifecycle from new introduction to end of life.
