Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end management of non-contract service enquiries from Burnfoot, combining technical solution development with customer engagement and team leadership.

You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production, CAD and Project Delivery to ensure technical alignment, commercial accuracy, and successful project delivery across EMEA. The role offers exposure to a growing service business and career progression.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of LV Switchgear.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for service sales enquiries, including customer requirements definition, scoping, and solution development.
• Attend pre-sales meetings and site visits as required.
• Develop bills of materials, labour estimations, and quotation documentation; review for technical accuracy before issue.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with CAD, Production, and Project Delivery to ensure technical alignment.
• Support delivery of non-contract projects, monitoring timelines and margins and escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain quotation templates, pricing tools, and project tracking systems.
• Build strong working relationships across departments and stakeholders.
