Job summary

Vertiv Co in Campsie, Northern Ireland, seeks an Offering Manager for Power Software & Controls in EMEA. You will shape product positioning, drive share, revenue growth and profitability by capturing voice of the customer and launching new offerings into the EMEA market.

You will collaborate with sales, operations, engineering and business units to define a 3-year roadmap, set pricing, and ensure on-time, on-budget market introduction of new products across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (education)
• 5+ years of technical product leadership experience
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build diverse relationships
• Experience in a medium to large industrial organization
• Analytical skills to assess market/competitive changes on portfolio
• Proficiency with financial modeling of product programs

Responsibilities

• Monitors the market to identify opportunities based on research, trends, feedback, and activity
• Develops a 3-year strategic growth plan and offering roadmap with cross-functional stakeholders
• Attends tradeshows, visits customers, partners and sales teams to validate voice of customer in plans
• Performs offering cost and gross margin analysis to set pricing strategies while growing profitability
• Ensures customer-facing offering documentation and marketing collateral are accurate
• Works with engineering to validate products for new applications and markets; supports manufacturing expansion
