Job summary

Appian seeks a Partner Technical Success Architect for the EMEA region to guide delivery teams, architect scalable enterprise solutions, and mentor partner architects and developers. You will collaborate with partner leads, Customer Success, and Product Engineering to resolve complex challenges and ensure architectures meet high standards.

You will travel up to 30% to visit partner teams, host masterclasses, and support on-site discovery, contributing to Rosetta-level architectural patterns and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Software Architecture and building large-scale systems.
• Deep proficiency in database design, API integrations, security frameworks, performance tuning, and cloud deployment models.
• Experience collaborating with GSIs and enterprise delivery teams across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Guide partner delivery teams across EMEA to ensure architectural standards.
• Review complex enterprise designs for scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Mentor partner leads, solution architects, and developers to build high-performing teams.
• Collaborate with partner leads, Customer Success, and Technical Support to diagnose architecture challenges.
• Create reusable design patterns and integration blueprints for AI tooling enhancements.
