Fivetran is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Partner Solutions Architecture team across EMEA and APJ. The role requires coaching a distributed technical team and engaging with systems integrators, consultancies and technology partners to drive regional revenue and partner enablement.

You will translate global alliance strategies into regional execution, build scalable operating rhythms, and work closely with regional partner leaders.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a distributed partner-facing technical team.
• Background in partner, alliance or channel motions.
• Strong knowledge of the modern data stack.
• History building enablement or certification programs.
• Comfortable in regional pipelines and business planning.

Responsabilidades

• Own regional success jointly with partner leadership counterparts and explain drivers of performance.
• Own capability outcomes for the region including certification growth and enablement strategy.
• Turn global alliance strategy into regional execution with local field teams.
• Lead and develop the EMEA and APJ Partner SA team with regular 1:1s and career development.
• Own the coverage model for geos, territories and partner allocation.
• Build and retain a high-performing team and drive growth.
• Share regional insights with global Partner SAs and product teams with data-backed topics.
• Travel approximately 30% across both theatres for planning and enablement.
