Qualifications

• 7+ years in Enterprise Software Architecture with large-scale systems.
• Proven ability to design, build and deploy enterprise-grade solutions.
• Experience collaborating with GSIs and enterprise delivery teams across EMEA.
• Strong communication skills with partner executives and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide partner delivery teams across EMEA to align with Appian standards.
• Review complex enterprise designs for scalability and security.
• Mentor technical leads and developers in design patterns.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to resolve architecture challenges.
• Create reusable design patterns and integration blueprints.
• Support enablement through live forums, Q&A and training assets.
• Vet alternate architectures for commercial robustness and repeatability.
