Job summary

Appian is seeking a Regional Partner, Technical Success Architect to support EMEA, including London and Madrid. You will guide partner delivery, review enterprise designs for scalability and security, and mentor technical teams to deliver mission-critical solutions leveraging Appian.

This senior role requires strong communication, architecture discipline, and the ability to travel up to 30% to meet partner teams and conduct masterclasses across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• 7+ years in enterprise software architecture.
• Experience with GSIs and enterprise delivery teams across EMEA.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide partner delivery teams across EMEA to align with Appian’s architectural standards.
• Review complex enterprise designs for scalability, security, performance, maintainability.
• Mentor partner leads, solution architects, and developers to build capable teams.
• Collaborate with regional partners, Customer Success, and Support to resolve architecture challenges.
• Create reusable design patterns and integration blueprints for Appian AI tooling.
• Provide technical enablement through forums, Q&A sessions, and training assets.
• Vet alternate channel designs with Product Engineering for robustness and repeatability.
