Fivetran is hiring a Senior Manager to lead the Partner Solutions Architecture team for EMEA and APJ. You will drive regional revenue via partners, coach a distributed team, and collaborate with alliances, partner sales, and field engineering to scale co-sell and implement best-practice architectures.

The role requires hands-on technical experience, cross-region leadership, and travel ~30% to support partner planning and enablement.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience with dbt and Fivetran.
• Experience leading a team through organisational change.
• Strong understanding of the modern data stack (ingestion, transformation, orchestration, warehouses).
• Proven ability to coach and develop regional partner teams.
