Job summary

Your Reformer in Liverpool is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our fast-growing EMEA team. This role focuses on coordinating the customer journey from order through onboarding and installation, ensuring accuracy and alignment across stakeholders.

You'll work with Senior Business Account Manager - EMEA, distributor partners, customers and internal teams on orders, invoicing, onboarding and digital implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer onboarding, implementation and operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with partner networks.
• Detail-oriented with process documentation experience.
• Fluency in English; other European languages a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order management across systems including Shopify.
• Coordinate onboarding and onboarding for clients in EMEA and digital implementations.
• Collaborate with logistics, digital and technical teams to ensure smooth installs.
• Create and maintain SOPs to scale processes across EMEA.
• Maintain proactive, clear communication with customers throughout the journey.
